i was just asking dan how to spell genius for a comment on liz's blog, i still don't know if i spelled it right. dan said "you're the bookworm, don't ask me. all i can come up with is f-a-r-t." he's such a boy.
speaking of genius kids and potty talk, annie used the big potty yesterday just like a real person. it was a celebration of sorts, and i don't know if she understands what all the fuss was about, but we were proud parents anyway.

I am constantly questioning the spelling of words. Sometimes they just don't look quite right. That is why I added a spell check to my google home page.

Using the big potty is an act of pure genius. Or genious (as I'm tempted to spell it for some reason).
WAY TO GO ANNIE! It is a very euphoric day when they first try the big potty!
