down with ticketmaster!
so last night we bought our tickets to pearl jam in salt lake. the tickets themselves weren't cheap, but then on top of that there is a $3.00 facility charge per ticket, and an $11.60 convienience charge per ticket! ok ok so i go to check out and if i want to print the tickets at home it's an extra couple of dollars so i went with the free mail option, then there was the order processing fee of 5 bucks. holy cow. just tell me up front how much the tickets are going to be. don't tell me one price then add on an extra $15. ok so that's how i really feel. however, i am really excited to see pearl jam.

that irritates me too - especially when they call any of it a "convenience charge" since there generally isn't any other way to purchase the tickets anyway.
But have fun at Pearl Jam!
Trevor says it's "convenient" for ticketmaster to charge you extra money.
